For the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Time2Transfer"
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WAM IT ("Provider", "we", "us") and the person or legal entity installing or using the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Time2Transfer" ("App", "Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you use the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of that organization.

Time2Transfer is a Bitrix24 Marketplace App for portal administrators. It transfers selected task time tracking entries from one task to another. For each entry, the App creates a copy in the target task and deletes the original only after the copy is created successfully.
The App may use WAM IT's licensing service at https://license.wam-it.de/ to register installations, check license status, process license orders, and activate paid licenses.
Subject to this Agreement, WAM IT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the App in your Bitrix24 portal for your own internal business purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
The trial version permits one successful transfer operation per Bitrix24 portal. One operation may include any number of selected entries. Reinstallation does not reset this allowance.
A paid lifetime license removes the trial limit. The price and applicable taxes are shown in the purchase flow before payment. Moving entries is irreversible and copied entries receive new Bitrix24 IDs.
Time2Transfer is offered as a one-time lifetime license per Bitrix24 portal. There are no scheduled subscription charges. Payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider made available by WAM IT.
Invoices and billing records may be created in WAM IT's billing systems or Bitrix24 environment from the billing details entered during purchase.

You may not use the App:
The App, including its software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property rights, remains the property of WAM IT or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by WAM IT.
WAM IT may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to the App, the licensing service, license options, prices, or technical requirements. Some changes may be required to maintain compatibility with Bitrix24, payment providers, security requirements, or legal obligations.
WAM IT aims to keep the App and licensing service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on Bitrix24, PayPal, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and other third-party services.
Support may be provided by WAM IT at its discretion or according to separately agreed support terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. WAM IT does not warrant that the App will meet all requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAM IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party services such as Bitrix24 or PayPal.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
WAM IT may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, the App is misused, or this Agreement is violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, remain in effect.
Personal data processing in connection with the App, licensing service, billing, and payments is described in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws, where applicable, remain unaffected.
